No Resale Over Face Value Hayley Williams is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, tickets can be transferred but Ticketmaster will still honor Hayley Williams' terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site. Hayley is continuing her partnership with nonprofits Support+Feed and REVERB to make her tour more sustainable and impactful for people and the planet.

There is a ticket delivery delay in place until two days prior to the event. Tickets will not be emailed until then. SAP Center recommends that fans bring bags that are 5" x 9"x 2" or smaller to expedite their entry. However, we are happy to accommodate larger bags up to 20" x 14" x 11" in size! When it comes to the larger bags, please note the following: All bags, including medical and infant bags, larger than 5" x 9" x 2" are subject to X-Ray inspection and will result in longer wait times for entry Bags must be able to fit under your seat once inside the event; therefore, bags larger than 20" x 14" x 11" will not be permitted. SAP Center no longer offers a bag check option and/or onsite storage lockers.
