To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags ( 6" x 9"). No Resale Over Face Value: Freya Skye is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms: New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, Ticketmaster will still honor Freya Skye's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.

*Photos and videos are allowed from your place in the send-off during Send Off activities. Selfies, autographs, and gifts are not permitted. All Ticket purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All Ticket Perk Tickets and Ticket contents are nontransferable. The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. The artist, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Commemorative laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The commemorative laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue or any backstage areas.
